Preparation Phase

Prepare the relevant documents
- Export License: Apply to the national commerce department, providing export contracts, invoices, and other documents.
- Hazardous Materials Certificate: Provide product technical specifications, safety data sheets (MSDS), and other applications.
- Certificate of Compliance: Requires testing reports and other technical documents to prove compliance with relevant standards.

Booking
- Choose the mode of transportation and shipping company: Select sea freight, air freight, or other modes of transport based on the nature and requirements of the goods, and choose a shipping company or airline with qualifications for transporting hazardous materials.
- Booking: Provide the shipping company or freight forwarder with documents such as the sea freight authorization letter, MSDS, and scanned copies of dangerous goods certificates in advance to make a booking.

- The outer packaging is labeled with Class 9 hazardous materials labels, indicating the UN number.

Customs declaration and inspection
- Filling out the customs declaration: Fill in according to customs requirements, including information about the goods and details of the consignor and consignee.
- Submitting customs documentation: Submit the customs declaration along with invoices, packing lists, contracts, and power of attorney documents to customs.
- Inspection: Report to inspection and quarantine authorities, providing inspection forms, contracts, invoices, packing lists, etc., and undergo inspections for lithium battery electrical performance and safety performance.
Transportation and follow-up tracking
- Arrange transportation: After customs clearance, arrange the transportation of goods according to the scheduled method, ensuring the safety of the goods during transit.
